Managing Member Mike Forche oversees Project Selection and Operations. Mike has over 40 years of experience in Nevada and other states in construction, project management and related advisory services to banks, municipalities and institutional investors. Mike has extensive experience in project development and management of Class A apartments, mixed use, retail centers, office parks and high-end custom estate homes, having worked on high profile projects in Nevada and Florida such as the City Centre Place, The Meridian at Hughes Center and Bellacere. Mike’s impressive qualifications include General Contractor, Asset Manager, Real Estate Broker and Court Appointed Receiver. All of these, coupled with his community involvement, make Mike an invaluable member of our organization. Mike brings a rare combination of skills and experience that are instrumental in overseeing complex projects through to successful completion. 

 Raymond Marsh grew up in the construction industry in the Seattle area. In 1987, he became a licensed general contractor in the State of Washington and focused on multifamily and office construction. Raymond specialized in remodeling historical buildings in Seattle. Moving to Las Vegas in 1992 he continued working in the construction of multifamily projects until 1997 when he worked as a Senior project manager for a medium size mufti-state contractor working on big box retail and healthcare related projects. In 2000, Raymond co-opened an office in Las Vegas for an Arizona based contractor and expanded his skills into Mid and Luxury Retail Construction, along with Casual & Fine Dinning. In 2006, Raymond & his wife Tammy Sullivan started Marsh-Sullivan Construction Group, LLC (MSCG) where they focused on construction management until 2009 when they obtained their Nevada State Contractors License. Since becoming licensed contractors in Nevada, they have built many tenant improvements for their luxury retail clients and worldwide brands. Raymond is also very experienced in healthcare related projects which include Siemens, G.E., Philips Healthcare and Toshiba Healthcare. Raymond has over 35 continuous working years in the construction industry with positions from Site Carpenter to Executive Officer.
