Managing Member Mike Forche oversees project selection and operations within our construction services division. With over 40 years of experience in Nevada and other states, Mike specializes in project management and provides essential advisory services to banks, municipalities, and institutional investors. His extensive background includes the development and management of Class A apartments, mixed-use developments, retail centers, office parks, and high-end custom estate homes. Notable high-profile projects in Nevada and Florida, such as City Centre Place, The Meridian at Hughes Center, and Bellacere, highlight his capabilities. Mike holds impressive qualifications, including General Contractor, Asset Manager, Real Estate Broker, and Court Appointed Receiver. His deep community involvement further enhances his value within our organization, making him an integral part of our team expertise. Mike brings a rare combination of skills and experience that are essential for overseeing complex projects through to successful completion.

Raymond Marsh grew up immersed in the construction industry in the Seattle area. In 1987, he became a licensed general contractor in the State of Washington, focusing on multifamily and office construction services. Raymond developed a specialization in remodeling historical buildings in Seattle. After moving to Las Vegas in 1992, he continued to work on multifamily projects until 1997 when he served as a Senior Project Manager for a medium-sized multi-state contractor, managing large-scale projects in big box retail and healthcare. In 2000, Raymond co-opened an office in Las Vegas for an Arizona-based contractor, where he expanded his skills to include Mid and Luxury Retail Construction, as well as Casual & Fine Dining. In 2006, Raymond and his wife Tammy Sullivan founded Marsh-Sullivan Construction Group, LLC (MSCG), focusing on construction management and team expertise until they obtained their Nevada State Contractors License in 2009. Since then, they have built numerous tenant improvements for luxury retail clients and worldwide brands. Additionally, Raymond has extensive experience in healthcare-related projects for companies such as Siemens, G.E., Philips Healthcare, and Toshiba Healthcare. With more than 35 years of continuous experience in the construction industry, he has held positions ranging from Site Carpenter to Executive Officer, demonstrating exceptional project management skills throughout his career.
