Alliance Advisory Services effectively transfers that extensive experience to its Clients - Developers, Investors, Owners, and Lenders - who may not have in-house expertise or local personnel to manage the necessary activities for successful construction management, ensuring projects that meet or exceed expectations.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

This critical phase in the development and construction process involves the selection and management of design and engineering professionals. Their responsibilities must include schedule compliance and coordination to develop comprehensive plans for submittal to public agencies, utilities, subcontractors, and suppliers for preliminary budget pricing. During the Design Development phase, the project plans will be reviewed by subcontractors, product suppliers, and general contractors, allowing for Value Engineering if necessary and ensuring favorable pricing through negotiation or competitive bidding as needed.

CONSTRUCTION

Alliance Construction & Development is licensed in Nevada (#0052682 General Engineering & Building, AB-Unlimited) to perform Construction Management as an Owner’s Agent or Owner Representative for a negotiable percentage of construction costs or a monthly fee, based on the specific services chosen by the Owner/Client.

PROJECT COMPLETION SERVICES

These tasks will depend on the Owner’s decision before construction, whether to contract with a General Contractor or engage a Construction Manager, with Alliance providing crucial oversight throughout the project completion phase.
